Golden Triangle Tour with Golden Temple

Day 01, Arrival in Delhi:Arrival in Delhi, Golden Triangle Tour’s representative will receive you at the airport and drive you to hotel where you will get a traditional welcome. You will be tired after your flight journey so you can take some rest or order a coffee/tea. In the evening you will go to see the Light and Sound Show program at Red Fort. After this you will have dinner at a famous restaurant of Delhi and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 02, Delhi Sightseeing:On the second day of your tour, you will go for sightseeing in Delhi after breakfast. You will also get a guide if you want. The guide will help you to see and know the history about the places you will visit.

In Delhi, you will come to see the two sides of Delhi called Old Delhi and New Delhi. Old Delhi connects you with the history, tradition and culture of India. On the other side, New Delhi shows the face of developing and modern culture in India.

In old Delhi, you will get to see the sights that include Red Fort (majestic red stone architecture), Jama Masjid, Chandi Chowk and old market of Delhi. Whereas in New Delhi, you will visit to India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and Akshardham Temple, and National Art Gallery.

Stay overnight at hotel after dinner.

Day 03, Delhi – Jaipur:You will get up from sleep according to your comfort. After breakfast, you will be heading towards Jaipur, also known as pink city of Rajasthan. On the journey towards Jaipur you will visit Fatehpur Sikri, a world heritage site which has some masterpieces of Mughal architecture. In the pink city, you will get to explore the city palace, Hawa Mahal, temples and gardens. You will also enjoy the street folk singings. You can also go for shopping in Jaipur markets that are known for art and handicrafts products, jewelry, textile, and many more.

In the evening, you will enjoy the diner at traditional Rajasthan’s restaurant or anything whatever you like to have. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 04, Jaipur - Agra:After exploring the ‘pink city’ of Rajasthan, you will go towards Agra. You will have lunch on the way towards Agra. On the way you will also get to explore Tomb of Emperor Akbar at Sikandra. The tomb tells the history of Mughals and combine image of Hindu, Jain, Buddhist and Islamic.

Once you have reached Agra, you will go to hotel. After getting yourself relaxed, you will be heading to visit the grand ‘Agra fort.’ Agra fort is one the main forts that was made by Mughals. The fort has a great history itself, Shah Jahan was imprisoned by his son at this fort. Shah Jahan was the king who built Taj Mahal and at the end he past his awful days looking at Taj Mahal. After this, you will be visiting Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb and also will be going for shopping. In evening you will enjoy the Mughlai dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05, Agra - Delhi – Amritsar:Get up early in the morning to witness the beauty of Taj Mahal during sunrise. In Taj Mahal, you will get to see the changing color of Taj Mahal in the morning. Dawn at Taj Mahal looks stunning and something that is incomparable. Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj.

After visiting Taj Mahal, we will drive you to Delhi where you will catch a flight to Amritsar or you can also go by superfast train. Once you reach Amritsar, our representative will drive you to hotel where you can relax or order a coffee. In evening get ready to visit Wagah Border, here you will get to see the parade ceremony which is famous all over the country. Wagah border is the place that connects India with Pakistan. After watching the enthusiast parade, stay overnight at hotel in Amritsar.

Day 06, Amritsar:On the sixth day of your tour, you will visit the Golden Temple in the morning. Golden Temple is the holiest shrine for Sikh community. It signifies the history and ideology of Sikhism and welcomes everyone who comes there.

After Golden Temple visit, you will go to explore Jallianwala Bagh. The park has the great history in itself, it remembers those Indian who were shot dead by the British in 1919. You can also get to see the bullet marks that are still visible on the walls.

In evening, you will go to visit some more historical places that include Fort GobindGarh, Durgiana Temple and many more. You can also go for shopping in the local market of Amritsar.

After dinner, stay overnight at hotel.

Day 07, Amritsar – Delhi:Here you have come to an end of your tour with Golden Triangle tour. On the last day, we will drive you to Airport. At airport you will board the flight to Delhi and from there you will take the flight for your home. We hope you had a great time with Golden Triangle tour.
